Positive: Absolutely everything. Victoria, our host was personable and so helpful. Her beautiful dog was also a delight… friendly and very welcoming. We stayed in the twin room at the top. I was travelling with my daughter of 25 and we thought we’d be able to cope sleeping in same room but, it was not ideal so was able to secure another room just for me! Best night sleep I’ve had in years. The views were breathtaking, albeit a dry landscape. The contrast of living in a town to waking up to cattle, chickens and virtual silence was cathartic. I was literally in heaven. The swimming pool was stunning and as a swimmer, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The rooms were immaculate. The shared kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to eat in but because there were so many places to eat nearby we didn’t need to cook “at home”.
Negative: The only tiny niggle; the shared fridge was under the kitchen units and perhaps a little small if you plan to bring groceries but it really wasn’t an issue.
Summary: Unique, relaxing and a perfect setting for an escape from the chaos of urban living.

Positive: Great Location, lots of little touches that really added to the stay. The outside pool was amazing and beautiful gardens. Also to note amazing outside breakfast.
Negative: I honestly can’t think of anything, the only thing would be the WiFi was not amazing however this did not bother me.

Positive: Beautiful setting. Communal Kitchen are with very nice view
Negative: Did not expect to sleep on such basic foldaway beds No cups no coffee and empty milk bottle in fridge, Only offered scrambled eggs at breakfast as cooked breakfast

Positive: Beautiful property in wonderful location with fantastic views across the Weald of Kent. Very quiet even though M25 and Gatwick are close by. Swimming pool waa an added bonus to the well appointed rooms anc freshly preparwd breskfast. A little more expensive than some places but well worrh it
